Free includes 1,500 credits. Core, Plus, and Max include 10,000, 25,000, and 100,000 credits per paid member. There is no hidden five-hour bucket or message quota.

Prepaid packs — only when you choose

At zero credits, Mantle AI pauses while your workspace keeps working. Upgrade, or add 10,000 prepaid credits to your paid seat in that organization for $12. Mantle never silently bills overage or lowers model quality.

Connected external subscriptions use their own allowance and do not spend AI credits. Your included credits refresh monthly.

Yes. A one-person organization can choose Core, Plus, or Max. You do not need to migrate to a different product when teammates join later.

Eligible first-time customers can deliberately activate one 14-day Plus trial after adding a verified payment method. Each deliberately activated trial member receives 10,000 one-time credits. There is no separate Core trial; after the trial, you can continue with Plus or choose a different paid level.

New Mantle AI requests pause. Your workspace, collaboration, history, and supported local AI connections keep working. You can upgrade your plan or buy a prepaid credit pack; Mantle never silently bills overage.

Yes. An organization can mix Core, Plus, and Max members inside one subscription. Each member has a separate AI credit balance in that organization, while shared resources such as organization knowledge and AI meeting notes use organization pools.

Yes, where Mantle supports the provider’s official sign-in or local tool connection. Core is designed for people who value the shared workspace but need less hosted AI. Requests that Mantle runs still use AI credits.

Prices are shown without VAT or other applicable indirect taxes. Stripe calculates and adds required taxes at Checkout. You are billed at the start of each period, monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.

Yes. Cancel from billing settings and keep paid access until the end of the current paid period.

Model prices differ. Frontier reasoning, large context, long output, search, files, and tools can consume much more than a short efficient-model chat. Mantle shows cost guidance before use and your exact remaining balance after settlement.
