Mantle provides AI-powered conversational tools, analytics, and workspace collaboration features designed to enhance productivity and decision-making processes. Our services include access to various AI models, collaborative workspaces, and related features.

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

• Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights of others
• Report any security vulnerabilities or violations promptly
• Ensure all information you provide is accurate and up-to-date
• Not share your account with unauthorized users

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Distributing malicious software, viruses, or harmful content
• Engaging in activities that violate others' privacy or rights
• Using the platform for illegal purposes or fraudulent activities
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code
• Overloading our servers or interfering with platform operations

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Emergency maintenance and security updates
• Issues beyond our control (force majeure events)
• Technical difficulties or system failures

We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from service interruptions.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANTLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mantle operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
